Swimming in natural water is risky. Currents, depth, cold, hidden rocks and water quality can change from one hour to the next, and most spots have no lifeguard. You are responsible for your own safety.

Information on this site can become out of date. Always check the rules and conditions with the managing body before you swim, and respect posted closures and private property.
